As regards the recovery of debts, “Studio Legale” offers its customers a very strict procedure aimed at the rapid implementation of creditor claims.
After a preliminary analysis of the debtor solvency, a letter of formal notice of legal action is sent to the debtor. If there is a positive response to the solicitation, “Studio Legale” immediately enters into negotiations with the debtor in order to recover the sums due out of court, plus interest and legal costs.
In cases where an “out of court” recovery attempt proves unsuccessful, the client is also provided with in-depth assistance during the judicial phase.
