2013 till now – Started working as external Expert in “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at
Workplace”
Has helped her clients in formulating, drafting and implementing anti sexual harassment at
workplace policies companies, guidance for formation of internal committees and acts as

external member of the Internal Committees of many companies. She has developed

Seit Beginn ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn erbringt sie umfassende Rechtsdienstleistungen für
polnische und internationale Unternehmen.

Ihre Karriere begann sie bei esb Rechtsanwälte in Stuttgart, wo sie sich auf Compliance-
Prozesse im Rahmen des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) sowie auf arbeitsrechtliche
Beratung für polnische und deutsche Unternehmen spezialisierte. Nach ihrer Rückkehr nach
Polen leitete sie Projekte im Bereich des Datenschutzrechts, des Urheberrechts sowie des
gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes. Als Expertin konzipierte und führte sie Schulungen sowie
Projekte zur Implementierung von Management- und Datenschutzsystemen sowohl für
private Unternehmen als auch für staatliche Finanzinstitutionen durch. Seit 2013 treibt sie
den Aufbau der polnischen Einheit von esb Rechtsanwälte (esb Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni
– Advocates and Legal Advisors) voran. Sie ist die erste Person außerhalb Deutschlands, die
zur Partnerin der Kanzlei eingeladen wurde. Um den Bedürfnissen der Mandanten gerecht
zu werden, die Wert auf eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit ihrer Kanzlei legen, widmet sie sich
derzeit der Weiterentwicklung der Kanzleistruktur in Polen sowie dem Aufbau eines
Netzwerks von kooperierenden Kanzleien in den internationalen Märkten, in denen unsere
